mmmh...what the f***... I tried to upgrade firmware but NSU doesn't find the phone.
Productcode-Changed (Scandinavia) CHECK
Antivirus-off CHECK
PC-Suite-off CHECK
PC-Suite-mode on phone CHECK

No phone found... 😮

Tried a different usb-port but still doesn't work.. :icon4:

Same here, tried a lot of times bus NSU won't see the phone(unbranded/not locked)
Pc suite does see the phone

Reboot PC, don't run PC Suite, turn off all AV and firewall.

See if you have PC Suite icon in the System tray (next to the clock), if so, try right-clicking it and Exit.

Connect Phone in PC Suite mode, make sure it is detected but don't run PC Suite.

Then try Start, Pograms, Nokia Software Updater.

DON'T use the NSU that is IN the PC Suite .. use the separate one I linked above.

Good Luck!😊

Is there a NSU in PCsuite? Mine only opens the Nokia website

Hydetys: please post if it works now,
I'm waiting for word on the calendar problem in another topic before trying to update again😊
