Query about firmware V20.0.015 and multimedia

I recently upgraded the firmware on my nokia v20 from either 11 or 12 not sure which it was.

Previously on the older version when I slid out the phone to reveal the Next / Play / Stop / Back multimedia keypad it used to automatically load a nice 3D application that was used to get into my music / picutes etc..

I have just tried to just this functionality and now it simply just rotates the screen into landscape and leave the standby home screen showing. No 3D multimedia app is loaded.

Has this been removed in V20 or is something missing from my phone?

The only differently apps I am running now is SkyQuiKey.

Any ideas?

You're right. On previous firmware versions the multimedia menu was automatically displayed when the phone was opened in landscape mode. This proved, more often than not, to be very annoying to most users and so this has been dropped on V20.
However a quick press on the Multimedia key will bring up the menu as before.
