New Nokia Map Loader 1.3

Hi there,

there is a new Nokia Map Loader 1.3 on www.nokia.com/maps .
Just in case, anybody might want to know and try. I do not know about changes, as I can not test it here.

Just downloaded and installed it, no visible changed, so far.
