Hi,
I've always wondered how to auto start a few programs on my phone such as TaskMan, ect.
Is there a folder or a file i can edit with help from Y-browser to gain access to this feature or is there a program that does it for me. Anyone know ?
Thanks.

I don't think you can 'make' a program autostart, some are designed as system apps and that means they will do so (or have an option to do so). Some like this include rotateme and handy taskman. There may be a third party app that lets you specify apps to autostart but it is harder to be signed if you are making a system app so it's not that likely.
The only way I have found to do this is by using BestProfiles. This enables you to autostart apps within a Profile and have the N95 switch to a profile (and so start the app) at a certain time.
Only trouble is if you switch your N95 on after the profile start time, in which case it won't launch the app (and the profile won't activate) but this ain't a perfect world. 😉

Right from day1 of installation its just been fab.
Wirelessly posted from my N95.
Nice tip. This has just been added to my "essentials" list.
Just out of interest, what apps are you wanting to do this with? I was just thinking about it and really all the ones I'd want to, do.
For me it's just convenience and laziness rather than need. I always start Papyrus and Profimail and have them running in the background. This just saves me a couple of seconds and a few key presses, giving me an instant overview of my day ahead with Papyrus and lets Profimail check my mail without me needing to fire it up and check.
OMG! I've just realised how pointless this program is and how sad I've become! Even more so, as I can now add Activity Monitor and count every single footstep from the moment I get up and switch on my phone. 😉
