Y-Browser. I've been using it for a few years and it is excellent. Fairly recently updated and there are plugins for things like text viewing and bluetooth sending of files from within the browser. And it's free!

I also use Simon Judge's file explorer that does a few things that Y-Browser doesnt. Together they are a complete plackage.
