Is this possible? Garmin tell me that, if I want to use the N95's inbuilt GPS, I have to use the MicroSD card it comes on. I really don't want to have to swap my cards all the time so is there some way to copy my (genuine and paid for) MicroSD to my 4gb card and still use it with the N95's GPS?
Putting Garmin Mobile XT on larger SD card?
i cant see it making a difference, i would try copying the contents of the garmin card to the 4gig one and see what happens.
I don't have it yet, so I can't say if this works or not, but try what they said in this thread http://www.allaboutsymbian.com/forum//forum/thread/65619/&page=2
I've also seen this link in another thread about Garmin XT, that you might want to check out http://www.poiplaza.com/
I tried that but the icon for Mobile XT changes and when I try to run it it says it's not compatible.
Tried what the other thread suggested but still nothing. I just get file type not supported. I even tried backing up the Garmin card and restoring it to my 4gb card.
Don't know whether it might me because my version is 4.10.60, which is the one supplied on my card.
