backing up MMS in pc suite?

Why does PC suite nevr back up MMS messages?

Ive just backed up messages form my N73 and transferred to my n95 8gb and all the mms are missing!

Come on nokia! This is your latest pc suite I thought you would have sorted that by now.

Anyone know how to get round this?

You need to install the MMSSync application to the phone, it should work then.

ive installed nokia multimedia factory.
i try and send an mms so it installs mmssync but get the following error

"the connection to the device failed An unknown error
Error: 0X80100023

any ideas?

Could you please confirm the PC Suite Version details ...Did any new upgradation to your PC/Mobile phone, since when this issue is persisting?

its the latest pc suite version and the beta labs nseries pc suite both have the same issue...

I tried to download Nokia Mutlimedia factory of Nokia N81-8GB on my PC Laptop - IBM thinkpad....As per nokia site, this application is available and it is supported for N81-8 GB Device. SO i downloaded on my pc and tried to connect using Bluetooth and USB, but Nokia Multimedia factory doesnot recognise my device....Any help. I m using Nokia N Series PC 1.6 ( latest) and Nokia PC Suite 6.85.12.0 :con?
