S60 coder Jukka Silvennoinen has released v0.85 of his top-rated Y-Browser today, though it's only available through his MOSH page so far. In addition to being stable under S60 3rd Edition Feature Pack 1 (yay!), he's added in SVG images (rather than blocky bitmaps) and there are extra languages (Japanese and Brazilian-Portuguese).

You forgot to mention the stupid new layout!

Absolutely no reason for the smaller title bar, no title, and it breaks the standard N95 theme! He even broke the 1 2 3 shortcuts for copy cutting and pasting!

It doesn't makes use of the space freed with the new title bar, finally when he has an icon worth showing he hides it and changes it to a empty title bar! I'm downgrading now. Stuff like this really makes me mad.

Back in the day FExplorer had a similar option, but it was an option, you could turn it of! I don't get why file explorers have to be the most inconsistent with the rest of the os.

Oh, and he misspelled p@sco's name

Oh, I'm sure Jukka will sort out any niggles. The main thing was getting it to work without crashing under FP1, to be honest. That used to *really* rankle!

Yep, was on hurry to get it stable on FP1. And with the narrow bar, you actually get one extra line showing, so it is not for nothing really.. Also I made a B-Version which has the bigger status bar, just check my MOSH profile and you'll find it.

Sofar 9 out of 10 have opter to download this version, but I'll have a settings item made for next version from where you can select which layout you wish to have.

How the hell are you lot getting it to install. *lol*

I keep getting the well documented Certificate Expired error.

BUT, changing my phone date doesn't help - I then get "Certificate Invalid, Expired, or Phone's time and date settings are incorrect"

So how the hell do you install it?
