Error trying to send files on N73

Hi. I recently noticed an error with my phone (I bought it 3 or so weeks ago): it doesn't seem to want to send some music files by bluetooth, infrared, MMS or any other possible way.
I choose "Send" in the Options menu of the file I want to send (duh) and when it works, the phone opens up another menu asking me the how I want to send it (bluetooth, via e-mail, etc), but then with some random files I choose "Send" and nothing happens. The phone just freezes a little and then nada. It doesn't matter if I choose the file from the file manager or the playlist, if the phone doesn't want to, it just doesn't share it. Do I have an egoistical model? :con?

The reason for this is beyond me and I know nothing about the topic so any comment, suggestion or solution will be helpful and appreciated.

My firmware version: V 4.0738.3.1.1, but I got this problem since V 3.something. I thought it would solve itself by updating but nothing happened. Is this normal? or I'm doing something wrong or there's something I should know that I missed? Thank you.

Hi , I think that you have to format your phone and I suggest to not devlop your software again .... because you will have some problem ... and you can format by clicking and HOLD the click(Send+star*+3).... while turning on your phone.....

Depends on the DRM properties of the audio file you're trying to send. Some are locked up to prevent sending via any method.
