Update Firmware, now Multimedia Menu issues.

Newbie here, so bear with me 😊

I updated my Firmware/Software last night, via Nokia website (downloaded heir latest).

Did the update, everything went well, no errors or anything. After install I noticed my Multimedia Menu wasn't showing when I was sliding my phone to access the Multimedia Menu. Why would this be ?

Thanks in advance !

This was removed because it was a stupid idea 😊 Aside from that, there is already a multimedia key on your phone which is a little easier to operate.

Now it (the slider) functions as a way to rotate the screen, hitting the play button will bring up the music player.

yeah, and if you'da done a search you'd have found that question answered! 😉

Search is your friend!

Search is your friend!

Would have done so, if I knew what to look for

dchky: many thanks !

Could some please tell me why my transferred MP3s are located in Menu > Search (Internet and My Content) > Songs ...rather than Menu > Gallery > Tracks > Music ?

By the way, I am using Nokia Multimedia File Transfer for MAC OS X

Search is exactly that... youd have to search a few terms... its simple stuff tho, granted... not as easy as just making a new post.
*END OF MOAN*

Welcome to the forum! 😉 LOL

But it was worth trying. No biggie. Like I said, "newbie here" 😊

Any input on the MP3 location issue ?
