why can you buy nokia maps?

Well that seems to come with navigation enabled for all those Western Europe countries, which is pretty good for 120 euros I think. Three years of navigation upgrade on my bundled in Maps costs �50 roughly, that's about 70 euros, but only for UK and Ireland. All of western Europe for less than double of 70 is probably not bad.

Suppose if it included the navigation licence too thats ok. Im downloading western europe at the minute and am going to be charged 99 euros for the navigation for the maps..

although cant see anywhere that it includes the navigation too?

Who knows. If navigation isn't included, I REALLY can't see them getting away with selling something that's essentially free for 120 euros :S
