Sadly I can't help you but I have tried the same thing. I'm not sure if it's possible. So far all I've managed to do is use the phone as a modem. :frown:

I've tried to get this up and running, but my Belking dongle does not have the same BT software as the guide. I managed to connect to the internet for a short while, but it was unstable.
I made an bluetooth access-point for my m600i out of a spare PC with linux.
It serves as AP for WLAN and BT for my flat.
Is this what you want to do? Or is windows a must?

I completed the research here and found nothing. I do not know if I agree with your keywords, however. That is the way I imagine that would be needed for the trip. Internet Wire Desktop Bluetooth USB connected desktop IPAD on the side of the Internet for Bluetooth. Which phone you are using so you can connect.
