My N91 is working and receives messages and calls but there is one big problem, i cant access my phone in any way cuz all the buttons on my phone arenot working. I cant format my phone and i cant create a backup on my computer. Does anyone know any way how i can unfreeze it, do anything with my phone or even format it?

First, check hardware. Be sure it does not have dust on some key. Clean all well, and try again.
