please Someone HELP??

Sorry to shout but Im really stuck.
I Got a n95 from my local TMobile/nokia service centre (Essex Cellular) had it approx a month. A great phone .... until I downloaded fring. From this point it quickly went down hill!!!
It started not to respond to the numbers being pressed also would restart if I pressed numbers!! so I could not use phone!!
Took it back to the shop and they advised to get a new sim card, did this still the same. Went back to shop they exchanged phone. I said just download telephone numbers. They said come back. When I came back the chap I spoke to was busy another chap nid the transfer of data. He downloaded the whole lot. Unfortunatly I did not check the phone as I was in a hurry. later I found the new phone had the same problems!!

Cut to the chase!!!

How can I sort this out!
Do I need to flash the firmwear?
Do any of you guys know what this is??
is there a solution do I need a new phone??
Sorry if this is a stupid post .... Im a nubie to this thread and the n95!!
Thanks
PS sorry for the length of the post!

You can hard reset your phone by doing *#7370#

This will wipe everything on the phone but will make it just like it was as you got it.

Or you could just uninstall fring from the manager Tools / App Manager

Thanks for the swift reply Quakester2000 but when I press any key on the key pad it resets the phone almost like a mini restart!! so I cant use the key pad also when I go to applications to restore factory settings it ask me to say tes or no when I press yes nothing happens!!
Can anyone Please help!!
Thanks

You can reinstall the firmware by downloading nokia software updater from the nokia website. If you have another phone make sure you have a copy of your contacts on the sim as it will wipe everything. Or if you are able to, sync with pc suite first
