How to stream DVD video from Laptop/PC to N95?

I want to achive this without ripping DVD. Is there any way?

You could probably do it using Slingbox.

I use the MediaHome part of Nero 8, works fine, but doesn't stream it to ya phone. It has to transcode and send it realtime, which works fine for a media server for PS3, but my N95 copies it over first, which can take a while for films, but is real quick with mp3's
