last night, i saw that my srceensaver from my 7650 didn't apear after 5 minutes! I let it stand up all night, and this morning it still didnt come up! is it possible that your screen burns in your 7650? :-?

No, not possible with lcd screens.

Screensavers in mobile are not really needed, most of them are used to reduce battery usage by using less pixels on the screen and less calculations in the processor, therefore saving the amount of power used when it is on.
Third party screen savers do not really do this, they display bouncing clocks, fireworks, etc. these display require processor power and just the same amount, if not more, pixels on the screen, there by not saving power. In fact I notced my battery life was shortened slightly while using one.
The problem you had with the screen saver not working may have been a conflict with another application. Try turning off the phone and back on again the next time this happens.
