Having been using the Nokia N95 8GB exclusively for the last month, it's been mostly wonderful but occassionally frustrating. So I can utterly sympathise with Devin as he publishes his 'N95 8GB fix list', with the grindingly slow Gallery load and absence of the video editor ringing true in my ears, and also with Rita's complaints from her exhaustive N95 8GB real world trip test. Firmware is still on the early v11 build, surely it's time for an update, Nokia? I've got NSU on daily refresh...

You're not seriously expecting a firmware update over a period including Christmas and New Year holidays?
Well I've been working here for AAS, despite the holidays and despite moving house - I don't see why the Nokia guys should have it easy 8-)
Dont expect video editor untill after the n95 successor is released. Its all marketing ploy...."DONT GIVE THEM EVERYTHING!" Remember the 7650 camcorder!!!!
ummm the video editor is available on the n95-1 and n95-3
if anyone is jonesing for a firmware update, it would be us 'yanks' (n95-3)... we still don't have demand paging T_T
yes but the n95-1 doesn't have enough RAM for the Video Ed to function
and like u said the 95-3 doesnt have demand paging for faster whatever, so up to now there isn't any "PERFECT" N95 and what I meant was there won't be until there is something better out that has all those features.
