Ok, so the software is dire. Actually dire doesnt even begin to explain it.
Ive got the Route66 Sync software running, and it can see I have the UK maps unlocked.
Now I have a problem however. First, is that there is absoloutly no way to check if theres any updates to the maps. And it more or less has to be done by this software, as the version on the 6110 navigator is different from other route66 products. You cannot buy generic route66 maps from their store.
Next problem, sort of the same, how do you update (or check for any updates) to the actual route66 software on the phone? Or is that part of a firmware update?
Next problem - how on earth do you buy anything from the sync manager??
Ive tried double clicking on things, dragging (nothing drags though), looked in all the menus, nothing. I cant even buy safety cameras, as I cannot get anything into the cart.
