Can I turn the camera ON in nokia 3250 without twisting the phone(in bottom)?
That is can I use the camera as it is in its default place.
I am not a 3250 user. i wish to buy that phone.
I am new to AAS.

yes you will be able to access the camera in normal / standby mode.
you can use the camera in all 90 degrees.
all you have to do is use the task switcher to go in standby mode, then open the camera app from Menu>>Media>>Camera
