NokiaMserver hogging pc resources

Hi

When i start my pc "NokiaMserver" is running, and brings my pc to a virtual standstill.

I have the latest version of pc suite (2.0.230.0) installed on my winxp machine.

when i bring up task manager and stop the program running, all is fine...

Can anyone help me to stop this program running when i start my pc.
Also what exactly does it do?

cheers

The easiest way is to click Start -> Run

Type: msconfig
Hit enter. At the top of that window you will see a series of tabs. Click "Startup" - find the nokia manager thing and uncheck it. Reboot and get those CPU cycles back. Be careful in there, you can switch off things you probably don't want to.

Alternatively does right clicking on the task thing (near the clock - bottom right) allow you to set its startup status?
