Recover or undelete SMS Folder

Hi...my daughter using my e90, and delete my sms folder.
Is there any suggestion how to Recover or Undelete my folder.

Suggestion for the future - SMSDiary. Good tool that I use. Also if you have another S60 3rd Edit. phone, do a regular 'Transfer' (or 'Switch' as it's now called on some devices) to provide an SMS backup on another phone.
