Can I rename photos?

Hi All

I have a N95 with V20 firmware
I can not find how to rename a photo once I have taken it.

Is it possible??

sure you can rename, use the file manager, Applications - Tools - File mgr, find the photo you want to rename, scroll through options and select rename

Try:-

Gallery > Images & video > (selewct photo you wish to rename) > Options > Rename

Thanks but I dont have the Rename option in the menu.

Does anyone else have this with V20 firmware??

Try turning the phone off and on, I had a issue with the gallery but turning off/on cured it

Yeah I have the option on my v20 fw. Open the image you want to rename in the gallery, press options, and Rename is between Edit and View details.

yeah, you have to actually open the image to rename it... not just preview it..

Hi Gary, you cannot rename the photo from the "carousel"-type display.

You must select the photo so that it shows full-screen, then you will have "Rename" under "Options".

You are all right if I open the photo the option if there.
