I've just downloaded a cool Java app that shows UK TV listings. If you want to get it go to http://beta.vizimo.com. You have to register for their beta trial and they send you a text with the download link. You don't have to pay anything. You can search for programmes and set alarms and stuff. There's some video on demand stuff too.
Not a native Symbian app but it does show off how good the N95 is - 3G data, big screen and video streaming etc. Very handy to see what's on TV too 😉

Sorry, it wasn't a text that they sent, it was an email with more instructions abou t how to download the app. Any one downloaded it yet? I got my email about 3 days after registering.
I filled in the form over a day ago and still no reply back from them. Am I missing something?
....I had to e-mail support to say that it was some time since I filled form in, got e-mail back within 1 hour to say I now registered.
Good App! I was looking for something like this recently anyway. The 'on now' and 'on next' sections are good....you can set reminders for programs and it will set an alarm in the calendar for you....works a lot better than then EPG on a skybox as you can choose the channels to list (rather than having to trawl through all the ones you can't get)...you also get a quick synopsis of each programme......... there are some flashes of avertising, but barely noticable

Anyone been watching how much data it uses?
....just used it for about 2mins, thumbed through all freeview channels, got synopsis of three progs, changed to 'on now' then 'on next' view...usage was sent 23kb sent 53kb recieved.....😊

2 days now and still no reply via text or email!!! Good job they don't charge for this.
...try the support page online form or e-mailing them using [email][email protected][/email] and give the details you used when signing up...worked for me :icon14:
