Full version of youtube on your Nokia N95

I wanted to watch YouTube videos on my Nokia n95 but then I realised that the mobile version of YouTube is extremely limited and the phone doesnt support the actual web version. If you came across a similar problem then I have a solution. Its called emTube and its an application which works on all mobiles with s60v3 platform firmware. This application allows you to search, watch and even download YouTube videos as you would on your pc. Here is how to get it on your mobile.

1.Go to emtube.yoyo.pl
2.Scroll down the page until you see download section
3.Download the latest version of emTube
4.Extract it on your pc
5.Install the application on your mobile
6.Once its installed run it and enjoy!

Wow, brilliant, great app, finally I can use youtube on my N95

These and other comments might have been posted if this were not covered in several threads from weeks ago. This is clearly just an attempt to get traffic through your website as that isn't the developers site link. Also, emtube is not what I would call 'full youtube', to me that would be the web pages with rating, comments, related videos etc.

This application is being improved so keep an eye out for the next updated version of it.

From several sources I've heard that will be the case. Flash lite 3 should also be available for N95-1.

anyone know when is it going to be able tu get the flash lite 3 in sync wit the webbrowser?

they just added it to the 8GB browser. so the other n95's will hopefully follow suit, but i dont know when.

that isn't the developers' site? i donated a few weeks ago, i thought www.emtube.yoyo.pl was the official site, no?

PS: I did not donate
PPS: What about this ? http://www.bysamir.fr/ytplayer/

Yea, I thought the .pl site is the original developer's site too. 3shirts made it sound like it is not. The ytplayer is Samir's application for watching YouTube videos, but emTube seems to be the better option.

I tried YTplayer but it won't install on my phone. emTube works just fine.

It isnt the devleopers site exactly, but it is the recommended link to download the app. As you can see on the site theres no mention that the site owner wrote the app but his is saying you can donate to the author.

check out the AAS info here. The author in case your interested is a fella called Sebastian Jedruszkiewicz

I tried installing emtube for my n95 8gb but it said expired certificate and I did what the FAQ said Tools->App. Manager, select Options->Settings and set "Software installation" to "All" and "Online certif." to "Off". but it still said the same thing, can anyone help, thx

this things great, shame it only works on my home wifi network not any of the vodafone access points.

It might be the case that vidafone are limiting all traffic that isnt HTTP. See if they have a proper data connection or access point you can use.
