cant delete a file need help here!!

I got a file well its a mid file in the sound folder and when I try to deleted it I get a error saying file is protected?? whats this
can someone here help me? and i dont want to do a hard reset just because of one file.....

try with a file manager.

firts change proprieties, read only.

ok i changed the properties and it got deleted
