But I wonder: what is WRT, and where can I find it or use it?
It also says that "video editor" has been added, but where do I find it?
Web Run Time (WRT)?
Web Run time is just a software engine which allows widgets created using html, css etc to be run on the device. You therefore won't see a WRT application but you can now use WRT widgets, if you can find some to download
Ok, I see. Anyone knows where I might find some of these widgets to download?
And what about the "video editor"?

The only place i was able to find any was at Mosh here is a link
either search wrt widgets or just widgets but don't expect to much the only ones i found of interest was a Battery level indicator, a Network signal indicator and a Weather widget.
