Throw the APP Maneger .... all the theme's that you put or Install will go to the APP Maneger .... go there and click on"Option's" and Click"remove" ....
I hope This will work Try It...
If it doesn't Work then Install ActiveFile ... That will enter you to the SYStem File's and Delete it .... ADVICE::: Don't guess wich file's are contain's to the theme ... it's hard to know....... DON't PLay With The SYStem..

Active file is A App for nokia phone's that give you a way to the SYStem file's ... & it's the best of all SYStem Explorer , you can find the whole RAM that you will found even the ringtone of your phone .. the orignall and becareful because any deleting in any file could harm the phone that you can't Re-back .... Even if you Format the phone ... because this a SYStem File's .... Search About "ActiveFile for S60 3rd Edition" ....
