N95 not connecting to web n walk?

Im having trouble connecting to web'n'walk through my tmob branded n95. When i try to connect it says PACKET DATA NOT AVAILABLE CHECK NETWORK SERVICES. This all of a sudden just stopped working for no apparent reason & i cant figure out why, ive been through all the settings & sent new settings from the tmob website & still no luck?

I no someones probably posted a thread like this before but im losing my patients & i really cant be bothered to go searching through all the posts to find it pls help😡

Ring them. I had this and it turned out the cell I was in was having packet data problems. When I went to work, it was fine and when I got home again, it'd been fixed. Even if it isn't that, they will be able to check your account and see if any bars have been placed or anything stupid like that.

its some thing with your mobile phone as i have done to and it works fine

Not necessarily, as I say it might be the cell that is not connecting packet data at the moment.

Rang Tmob today they sent me some new settings as apparently my phone had old settings even tho i thought i done this via the Tmob website. Anyways its all good now thanks your help all.

its often the case... I dont know why they dnt update their fricking online mob settings! :@
