modem trouble

HI all,

having a similar problem how do I get my 9210 to work as a modem for my compaq portable, using the serial port ?
Haven't had any success so far. Help would be appreciated.

Install the modem drivers for the phone on the laptop, tell it what port the 9210 is on then dial out.
