Nokia N95 8GB video problems

The video camers is great, the quality is outstanding.

But while filmin' it gets stuck like 1 second then the video resumes, this can happen 5-6 times during 1 minute, but it's just the video that's stucking, audio works well while the image is stucked

I'm using latest firmware

Thank You,

Yeah, I got the same. What is strange to me is that nobody reported this earlier and I am curious if it is because I have a lot installed on the phone memory and/or others who don't have that also have this problem.

waiting replies..... 🙄

investigation:

Using mass storage -> movie stops every time while recording;
Using telephone memory -> no problems.

so, we can state that by using the mass storage we have the problem. Now the question is:

1.) Is the mass storage too slow;
2.) What is Nokia saying about this

heh yeah guys, i fixed it before i read your replies.

I formated the mass storage and now it's ok

But yea, i'll just switch for it to use phone memory and that's all 😊

Thanks Guys!

How did you format it and did you put back all after format. I have about 4 GB installed apps, will they work again???

help appreciated

fortunately for me i had just 2-3 apps because i got my phone yesterday, but most of your 4 gb of apps won't work..

so it's a loss

And if I go into mass storage (and not use the Nokia backup) and do a copy, then format and after that put everything back?
