i have an unlocked w950. i am on vodafone and use the internet alot can i just pop in the sim and browse the internet or will i need to take additional steps?

Hi Paddington,
If you want to use the Vodafone mobile internet on your phone then you will need to send the settings to yourself or contact us to send them to your phone via mms message.
Depending on the make and model of the phone, we may have the settings for it on our website if it's a Vodafone supported device.
You can find settings for internet and WAP by selecting the phone in our Vodafone Help Centre section here.
If you need us to send them to you or even give you the manual settings to go through step by step in your phone, you can either call us on 191 or e-mail us by using our Vodafone online contact us for here.
If you can give us the make and model of your phone too, we can ensure we're getting the right settings for you. It will also be worth asking us to check that your number has been provisioned for internet access too.
When sending an e-mail, please rememeber to include all of the details that the form asks for in relation to your account or registration, we can then reply with the answer without the need to ask for more information first for security.
