font size for texting

can you increase the font size when you receive/send texts by any chance as you can in S40 - or is there another way to do it. thanks

Settings -> General -> Personalisation -> Display -> Font Size

Sorry, done that already. That only changes the font size on the main screen and apps - not texting.

Are you sure? Me and my brother both have the N95-1. The text for his messages is bigger than mine, because I'd changed the setting on my phone to display smaller text using the method mentioned earlier.

Yes it does change the text for menus, but I'm sure it changes text size for messages too. :con?

The way i said works perfectly for me, it makes the font when writing a text message abit bigger.

yeah, it goes up about one font size when you go to LARGE font... its not a massive increase, but it is bigger 😊

Apologies to all - yes your right, it does change the texting font size as well. Not sure why I never noticed this before - buy hey great, now i don't need to put my glasses on to read texts!
