Do the N95-1 and the N95-3 use the same front fascia?

No.
The N95-3 has a slightly larger screen so the screen on the fascia is slightly larger too. Also the N95-3 has a hard screen cover to protect the screen.

That's incorrect.
The front facia is like the N95-1, screen is the same size and the back is like N95 8GB.
Isn't the N95-3 the 8Gb model?
[EDIT] My bad... it isn't. According to Wikipedia...
N95-1 :: Original
N95-2 :: the black 8Gb model with bigger screen
N95-3 :: the American model, like original but with a back like the N95-2.
