Hey everyone,

Had my N95 for about 6 months now. Recently the screen has stopped working, and since I installed the v20 firmware, the headphones have stopped working properly as well (from what web research I've done, the battery in them has gone flat?)

Took my phone into O2 shop today, demanding a replacement, was told it couldn't be done, and that they'd have to send it away, then they refused to replace the headphones!

Any advice as to how I should go about getting them replaced? Also, just looking for general information now, I don't suppose anyone knows of any N95 type phones coming out in 6 months?

Thanks!

From what I've read, yeah the battery. Playback is the same, just unable to use the controling buttons on it.

Bizarrely enough, yes, the inline remote control that comes with the phone has one of those flat cell-type batteries inside it.
Just carefully prize it open and you can replace the battery yourself. It's just an ordinary type that you can get from any camera/watch shop or big supermarket.

Ok thanks for the help.

Regarding my broken screen, am I entitled to a replacement phone, or is the best I can ever hope for a fix?

Also, they've sent it to an O2 repair centre, will the fact I've debranded it and updated the firmware cause me any problems?
