If you're into platform advocacy like me, you'll enjoy some Wednesday morning reading, with Rita going into detail with 10 things S60 can learn from Windows Mobile and 10 things Windows Mobile can learn from S60.

Read on in the full article.

I like all the points under "10 Things S60 Needs To Learn From WM" and especially agree with point 2 - Customizable standby screen. I dont like it when the phone displays all my appointments for the day, filling up the entire screen with text. Looks very ugly. IMO, it should just display the next appointment for the day and if I want the entire list, I will gladly go to calendar and check it there. I also dont need the WLAN wizard there. I access wifi only when an app (web browser, agile messenger, emtube) needs to connect to the net and s60 has an option of searching for wifi points while creating a net connection from any app.

Expierience with a HTC Wizzard from someone I know was the entire reason I decided I didn't want a WM phone. Also I few day ago, working with a HTC I was again rembemberd to the reason why I didn't like it. Realy hopeless to control.

Again with point 2 for S60, why have I got the same on the inside screen as the outside on my E90. I get 2 more icons, and boat loads of wasted space.
