Is there a download size limit to what you can download on the N81 cause whenever I try to download any file bigger than 3.2mb from the web on my N81 I get a web connection timeout error. The same thing happens whe I try to download using Opera mini.

Maybe it is your onboard memory that is about to run out, am talking about the C: drive, which is used for temp files that you download.
Could be, or possibly a restriction on your data plan?
whc is correct you need to point the internet settings to use the mass storage device. Either memory card or the 8GB mass memory depending on phone. Once you have enabled this you have no restriction on the phone with regards to size.
