I spent a good few hours round the whole of London looking for it yesterday & it still seems not to be out, in shops at least. I would of thought it would work out cheaper if you're in the US no?

Tbh your probably better off getting her to order one and have it delivered at her house, then she can bring it over.
Its almost always dearer in shops.

I purchased one of these and it arrived today, but there was no sign of any SD HC adapter included with it or anywhere for one to fit within the package come to that.
I have emailed them for an explanation.
Be aware, if you do purchase from here, you may not get the adpater like me.
Naturally, I have taken copies of their advertising on their web site.

Wonder when the 12gb's will be for sale. I've currently got a 6gig, so i'll just wait for the 12 rather than get an 8.

Like snuge, I ordered mine for $35, although I didn't get mine the next day as I live alittler further than he does....
12 gig's won't be out for a little while as they're still in the testing phase. My plan is to use the 8gig for now and wait til after the 12gig's come out and wait for them to drop in price. By that time they'll have a larger size (probably 16gig) in the works driving down the cost of the 12gig on the market). I'll probably wait til a 16gig anyways and just keep doubling my memory as 4gig's won't make enough of a justification IMO.
So you're probably better to get an 8gig now, wait for the 12gig to be out half a year and drop in price and then get one and sell off your 8gig, or regift it if you want.

Regifting... It's when you have someone who has a birthday or something and they have a device that will accept the 8gig card and you don't want to buy them something, just give them your old 8gig card after you buy a 12 gig!
thought you were going to come out with something spectacular like opening the phone at ramming the card inside somewhere!
