im a newbie, pls help! i backup my contacts on my 9300i memory card then i copy paste in the my pc, when i got my e90 n copy paste it on my e90 memory card. i can't restore it on my e90, because its contacts.cdb.

I don't understand why you did like that?
If you want to transfer everything from old phone to new one, just use the built in app. Menu>tools>transfer or menu>downloads>office>data mover or pcsuite sync.
