Cannot uninstall Applications from N95!!

I have a bunch of application installed on my N95. Whenever I try to remove/delete them I simply cannot do it!

A message first pops up ---
"Application XXX" will be removed from phone.
Continue? YES NO

when i choose Yes - it tries to remove it but then comes back with a message "Removing failed". What the heck is that!??!

I think I might have removed the files from my memory card and its still pointing to those files. something like registry in Windows. But how do I get rid of them. Most of the apps were installed on my memory card. Please help!

If you still have the installation file for that application, try installing it again then removing.

And in the future, install all your applications to phone memory to avoid problems like this; it'll cause much less hassle and the performance will be better too.
