Hi All,
I have tried installing the screen capture software from psiloc and keep getting the above message.
psiloc have said that it should install fine and indeed other applications do install OK.
I think it may be due to the firmware version I have but I am not sure.
How do I get the latest version of the firmware or identify what the problem is.
