Hi aazzzy, i've been having the same problem...have you been able to fix this by anychance???
Hi Amzi.
What i did i deleted the spiderman trailer video and somehow that seemed to work.
Thanks Azzy, i'll try that and c if that works.
Cheers!
I had that issue as well. I could be wrong; however, I believe that the extended memory takes a little while to "catch up" if one puts too many movies on at once, or tries to access it too soon.
So what seemed to work for me is to put movies on one at a time, wait until I don't get kicked out of video centre, and then upload the next.
Funny thing... I have no problems if I drop the movie into the "Video" folder verses the "My Video" folder. However, I don't like having movies in with my pictures, so I grit my teeth, upload the next video file I have from my PC and keep trying to play an alternate short video until finish (15 seconds).
The trick is to keep trying until that (for me 15 seconds of) video plays. I guess it could have taken me somewhere around six to ten attempts when I loaded on 7 movies at once, (I wasn't paying attention).
Like I said, I think the flash memory used on this device runs a little slow. Which might explain the slow upload speeds of the USB cable. So have patience!
Hope this points you in the right direction.

I got the same problem. For me it was due to the size of the video. Anything over 400mb seem to cause this behaviour. As mentioned before keep trying long enough it eventually works. I think it's something to do with the way it caches the movies.
I'd agree with the above. I put a 700MB video file on the phone and it did this several times as the Video centre refreshed itself and created the thumbnail.
Not ideal obviously, but seems it will go away after a few tries.
Has anyone found a way to sort this more satisfactorily? I have tried browsing to E:\Data>VideoCenter>MV and deleting the contents. However, playing the content through video centre still doesn't work (it quits out after a few seconds).
If I browse to the video files through Y-browser and select them they play fine (so obvioulsy no problem with the files themselves.
Anyone figure out a decent workaround?
I know it's not much of a solution but.... use Gallery instead. I never use Video Centre as I don't see the point of it. I've had large video files on there and they've opened with no problems.
Do you simply load all your video files to the 'videos' folder instead of 'My Videos' to do this?
Yeah that's where I put them.
