If I try to cut numbers form the Contacts "Edit" function the cut function is disabled. If I use the function "copy contact" more than one number will be pasted if I have stored several numbers for one user. Is it a bug, or am I doing something wrong here?

You have to highlight the number you want to copy first...
Tap on the screen near the end of the number you want to copy, and hold the stylus there for about 1-2 seconds. The triangle on the right side of the screen should disappear. Then drag the stylus till you highlight the entire number you want to copy. Click on >Edit>Copy.
That should do the trick�

thanks for the hint. It works, but I still to go into the "Edit Contact" Menue first, before I can copy the number, the way you have explained.
I also can copy a number straight from the "Call list", however, I still find it user unfriendly.
I really prefer, the "Edit before Call" function as I had it in my T68i before. I really used it a lot.

There's stuff that the other old phones (like my old T68 upgraded to a T68i's firmware) had that I find lacking in this phone... ah, the price we pay for having bleeding-edge technology.
I for one, really miss T9... as well as the Edit Before Call function - it's not as difficult - and I don't have to use both hands... but on the whole, the phone is still a dream!

I was hoping to find out how to copy (for a moment I thought the only way was to open the on-screen keyboard and select the text to be copied in there)...
I couldn't find no mention in the manual of the fact that you have to press down to select, but thanks to this post I found it! Thank you jackalhead!
Just one additional question, is there pen-shortcut (like I was used to with my Palm OS device) to copy or paste so that you don't have to use the Edit menu?
