Since I have Windows 98SE at home, I tried now to install the pc suite software on my office computer which is using Windows ME. But I still can't synchronize, I get the error message "could not create instance of mRouter Access point".
I am connected at any given time, but the synchronisation stalls during initialization.
Any good idea to overcome this problem is highly welcome.

I have the same error message. I am working on win98 and I have had my phone connected no problem for a few weeks and then it stopped connecting and I get the same messge about the Mrouter access point.
Did you find any solution?
guess it's releated to a security update than Microsoft produced.. as I had this problem with the same error after I installed some security patches for Win2K from the Windows Updates site ... so I suggest who still didn't update their windows don't do it till you read more about the patch available, as I still didn't configure which have done that.
I also tried uninstalling them, but still having this problem, so 'll try reinstalling windows as it might solve something!
