symbian signed help

hi guys,
first time using symbian signed to sign a version of rotate me.
followed a step by step guide but when i go to up load the file to sign it i cant find it using the browse option.
im the only user on my laptop and it says im the administrator so i should have access to the file.
ive even tried running the program in compatability mode.
any help please guys

Well there isn't really fun in signing things anyways. the fun is after you sign them and try them for the first time. I just help people enjoy that pleasure sooner i guess lol.

Signing isn't hard at all, it's just some people just can't do it i suppose.
