I've changed my product code to Euro 1 using NSS and i am trying to update my frivmware to V20. When the Nokia Updater runs it tell sme there is an upsate (V20) available and when i follow the wizard it try's installing but everytime it says update failed. Can anyone help

do you have an error message, or any more information that 'it failed'. Might help resolve it. 😊
no sorry all it say's is Software Update Failed would you like to rety?
do you have a load of Nokia drivers installed?? You only need the updater sw to install the update really... not anything else. You can often get confilcts that stop the process running smoothly.
2 things to try. Either get a different computer without nokia software on it and download NSU to that and run it...
or
remove the nokia drivers off the current pc, add NSU to that and retry.
