if i instal to phone can it stil be backed up onto the card and restored later on??
another question, each time i start phone up installing comes up trying to instal some apps that dont work since restore, cant remove them either. how can i get rid of them? find same app and re instal them?

I always go by the rule all apps/programs to phone memory other than satnav cant get around that. Music and video on memory card.
My Route 66 is on my phone mem???????

I'd go along with this... in the standard way of things, sat nav would be on your MMC, not phone memory , though clearly there are people that have transferred data between cards or to phone memory.
