I just synchronized my Nokia9210 for the first time with Outlook 2000 by using the latest version of Nokia PC suite. For each contact in my Nokia contacts database I used the predefined fields Tel(Home), Tel(Work), Fax(Work), email(Home), email(work), Tel(GSM). Only the field Fax(work) seems to synchronize OK with Outlook field "Fax at Work". All other Outlook fields like "Work", "Work2", "Home", "Home2", "Mobile", email1/2/3 do not synchronize at all with corresponding Nokia contacts fields. Only contacts I entered the last few weeks seem to synchronize OK.
1. Anyone else had these problems?
2. Does each contact (vcard) in Nokia contacts have internal identification for each field indicating a specific type (work, home etc.)?
3. I synchronized with MightyPhone service by using SyncML, maybe this corrupted my contacts database?
