Restarting Phone To Receive Texts

Can anyone help me with my problem? In order to receive text messages, I must restart my phone. It has been doing this for the past 2 weeks now. Any help would be much appriciated.

Anyone know if I should just restart the firmware to resolve the problem? I just dont want to lose all of my stats.

I've got exactly the same problem.
Apparently you would need to send it in to a Sony Ericsson repair centre. They would replace the software.

Fixed it! Just re-install the latest firmware off the sony ericsson's website but make sure you back up all your files with pc suite.
