Wayfinder 7 failed to find internet access from Friday afternoon till Sunday lunchtime on my E90. I even tried downloading via the phone (the text message arrived. the link opened but no data was downloaded). I even on one occasion got error 307 (this one says there is a problem at Wayfinder). normally the error is no internet access found despite the phone having no problems doing wap access to web sites all the time.
Wayfinder are yet to respond to my support query.
anyone else have anything similar?

As you wrote you try to use wap access. I think that is the problem. Most providers have separate access point for full html and wap browsing. With wap access you can check your emails and can browse internet as well. However it used to be restricted access compared to full inetrnet access. The restrictions are depend on your provider's policy.
Try use a full internet access point instead of wap.

It is a very strange problem. Wayfinder works once, it will work for hours and hours, no problem. As soon as I exit and try to rerun it fails to find an access point (auto or manual). If I repower the phone then it works fine again. Wayfinder support have spent over a week telling me the APN is wrong!
This is the APN I used for years with Wayfinder 6 and a 9200i and then for 2 years with a 9500. They cannot get it into their heads that if it works fine once after power up then the APN is not the problem (it is the only APN I have set as well).
