OK so theres a VNC client for the 7650 in Avtive viewer but is there anyway I can connect to my companys VPN first?

To do that you'd need an ipsec client (or similar) on your 7650 to establish a secure connection with the vpn and then you'd be able to launch vnc to connect to a box on your internal network; I've not seen any vpn software for the 7650 😞
